Recording is an add-on. When it is switched on for your line, your recorded calls appear on the Recordings screen.
- Play a recording back, or download it.
- Search by number to find a call.
- Delete a recording when you no longer need it. Deleting a recording also deletes its transcript and AI review.
- A storage meter shows how much space you have used. Each line has 50 MB unless your plan says more.
Tip
Recording is off unless you switch it on. Follow the rules that apply to you, and tell the other person at the start of the call.
