Click a call in the log to open its details. You see the person, the outcome, the time and length, and quick actions.

Actions

• Call Again to ring the person back.
• Send Message to text them from the dialer.
• View Contact to open their contact page.
• Add Note to write a note on the call.
• Schedule Follow-up to book a callback.

Tabs along the top give you Call Details, AI Insights, Transcript, Call History and Notes.
